January 27. Rumors are floating
around that after the sale of the Cubs is finalized later this spring,
don't be surprized if they have an All-Star right-handed pitcher on the
team - Jake Peavy of the Padres. Of course. neither team is talking
about it. Do you think the Cubs could be working on their World
Series-bound team? If you haven't heard yet, MLB predicted that the
Cubbies will play the Yankees in theWorld Series later this year. You
think? Wild prediction! It looks like he'll fit right in & he's
used to wearing blue.
