Why don't we start the day with some baseball trivia?  We usually think about baseball 24-7 (at least me), so let's learn more about the game.

Q.  What are the two cities that have the oldest stadiums? (this one got me)
A.   Boston and Detroit (surprised not Wrigley?)

Q    What shortstop in the game holds records for games played, assists and double plays?
A     Ozzie Smith - guess what ? A Cardinal

Q     What pitcher's 1.12 (can you believe that?) ERA in 1957 has been the lowest since WWII?
A      Bob Gibson - another Cardinal

Q      What Pittsburg Pirate had exactly 3,000 when he died?
A       Roberta Clemente - lo siento, es malo

Q       Who was the last American League player to win a Triple Crown in 1967?
A        Carl Yastrzemski

Q       What is the highest # home runs that have been hit in one game?
A       4 - by several players. of course

Q      What governor met Hank Aaron at the plate after he broke Babe Ruth's record?
A      Jimmy Carter, with some ballgame peanuts (just kidding)

1.  Why couldn't they sell pop at the double header?
      Because the home team lost the opener.  ha ha

      Sneakers.  duh

3.  What runs around the field but con't win?
      The fence

4.  What do you think is OJ's favorite baseball team?
      The Dodgers, of course

5.  What do you think is the difference between Yankee fans and your denrisr?
      Yankee fans root for Yanks and your dentist yanks for roots!

6.   Why do you think they kicked Cinderella out of the ballgame?
       She ran away from the ball! ha ha ha
