It was rebound-city last night for Todd Wellemeyer (a nice place to visit).  He pitched a pretty awesome game as he threw seven scoreless innings for us. He  only made one mistake - he allowed a home run in the eighth inning.  Good job Todd.

Ryan Ludwick did his job in the lineup - he made the Giants pay.  He hit two RBI singles after they intentionally walked Albert (I'd probably walk him too).  Well it was a successful night for my Cardinals - they won  the game 5-2.  Way to go guys!

The Brewers and Cardinals are playing that revolving door game.  Now we're tied for first with them(again).  They're playing the Cubs right now and I have to say that I'm actually rooting for the Cubbies. I'm scaring myself; this is even Cub blue!

Wagner Mateo, a 16-year-old outfielder from Latin America, was signed by the Cardinals on Thursday.  Mateo is considered as one of the top two free agents from Latin America. Way to go.  We'll keep an eye out for him.
